Dear Scott

On behalf of the Customer Service Into The Millennium class we would like to thank you for the amazing impact you've had in our lives. I know you touched each of us in a different way. Your insight and the way you deliver it both on paper and in person has a way of touching the soul. One of my weak areas was in doing interviews.

After I had read your article, I was astounded. It's wonderful to learn something new that makes a difference in one's confidence. I don't read that much these days, however there was one author, V.C. Andrews who captivated me with her writing. I found myself not being able to put her book down. That's how I feel about your writing. You are gifted and truly have a way of capturing one's attention both personally and on paper. Anthony Robbins, move over, there's a new kid in town! A star is about to be born! I believe I speak for all of us. Thank you Scott, for making a difference.

Here are some comments from the class:

"Thank you for being such a help and support. I appreciate you!"

"I'm greatly impressed with your words of inspiration!"

"I love Scott! I'm impressed with his wealth of knowledge"

"I'm sorry I didn't get to meet you, however, judging from the class you seem to be an amazing individual."

"Your knowledge is inspirational!"

"It's wonderful to see someone so happy. You help us realize, we too can have it."

"I appreciate your words of wisdom."

"Being able to capture the attention of your audience is a great gift."

"You'll be a fabulous motivational speaker. I'm looking forward to your first book."

Scott, we wish you much success as you take on the careers of becoming a writer and motivational speaker. There's no doubt in our minds, you'll do quite well. Keep impacting those lives!

Sincerely,

Karen Bogle & the CSM class.
